Online app training and nutrition

What is the difference between a basic a smart meal plan?
Our basic plan includes a PDF meal plan that you can access from our app. This plan contains fixed recipes based on your dietary preference.

The smart meal plan creates a custom meal plan for the individual based on caloric needs, meals per day, and dietary preferences. It gives you access to a library of recipes with short instructional videos. The smart meal plan allows you to swap out meals and replace them with alternatives with similar calories.
Which exercise programs do you provide on the app?

We will set you up with a program based on your needs determined during the registration process. Our programs can be used for bodyweight at-home training, gym training, running, home gym, or specified equipment programs.

Can I add a smart meal plan to my Open air subscription?

Yes, this add-on and the online training add-on can be activated in our customer portal so that you can access it as an open-air member.

What is “habit coaching”?

Habit coaching gives delegated tasks and activities to complete during your day. This helps form new and healthy habits to improve your quality of life.

Do your meal plans cater for allergies and diet preferences ?(Ie. vegetarian)

Our smart meal plan constructs a plan based on your specific diet preferences; you also have to option to exclude certain foods.

Open air group

What should my fitness level be to join the group?

Prime looks to get as many people moving as possible; the brand is designed to cater to all fitness levels. In the groups, we mainly work according to time, so everyone starts and stops simultaneously, no matter your fitness level. However, If you are a beginner, we recommend that you join one of our online app programs or let one of our trainers work out a custom plan for you until you feel ready to join our groups.

Which age groups do you cater for?

Our group members range from 20 - 67, and we see all different ages, shapes, and sizes join our groups. We will find a package that will suit your needs.

What should I expect in one of your sessions?

Our outdoor group sessions are a combination of different types of training styles. These include HIIT, Strength, Aerobic, and low-intensity steady state(LISS).

Program design and management 

Is your app included in your Programme design and management package?

Yes, our program design and management comes with an array of features, including your trainer, that will help you set goals, meet with you weekly to see how your program is going, and any other communication. The package includes access to your workout program via our app and your smart meal plan.

Do you offer personal training?

We offer in-person training on inquiry; please drop us an email or reach out to us through our chat feature.

What is holistic wellness?

Although being physically active is essential, we believe that you won’t see the results you're after by itself. Prime looks to provide a complete solution to improve your well-being. Our services look to enhance mental, social, physical, and nutritional areas.

Billing and cancelation.

As a member, you are automatically charged once a month at the beginning of each month. Your subscription can be canceled at any time but will only terminate at the end of the current term (i.e.) the next billing date.

Can I freeze my account?

You can pause your subscription immediately or on a scheduled date from your client portal.
